His true breakout moment came in 2015 when three of his songs, "Backroad Song," "If the Boot Fits," and "Happens Like That," were all instant Top 20 country hits.
Granger has performed multiple times at the White House, and in 2008 he traveled to Iraq and Kuwait to perform for US military troops. He has also won the BMI Country Award in 2016 and was nominated for the Best New Country Artist award at the iHeartRadio Music Awards in 2017.
