The two invited Daya to come to Los Angeles to work on developing her own material.

In 2015, Daya released her first single “Hide Away” which gained attention through online streaming platforms. Later that same year, Daya released her self-titled EP, which debuted on the Billboard music charts. In 2016, Daya released her first full-length studio album Sit Still, Look Pretty. The album won the Grammy Award for Best Dance Recording for the hit single “Don’t Let Me Down”. Throughout her career, Daya has worked with The Chainsmokers, Gryffin, RL Grime and other popular recording artists.
