The band signed with Verona Records in 2010 and released their debut album Prophets the same year.
As the group began touring in support of their release Counterparts tickets started to climb as fans were drawn to their raw energy and passion. The band released their second album The Current Will Carry Us in 2011. Spearheaded by the single “Jumping Ship,” the album was critically acclaimed receiving an eight in Rock Magazine. Counterparts do not skip any beats as they deliver high-impact music with technical proficiency. Critics were impressed again with the release of the group’s third album The Difference Between Hell and Home in 2013. As part of the revival wave of melodic metalcore Counterparts rarely disappoint.
