The CKY band originally came together in 1998, forming through the bonds of Margera and Miller, who met in high school and performed with different bands then. Despite gaining recognition from their connections with their second album release, Infiltrate Destroy Rebuild, in 2002, they began to differentiate themselves for their unique sound.
