This all changed the day he heard Hank Williams. He performed in Delavan until the year 2003 when he decided to move into Chicago to perform for a broader audience. Dickhoff based all his music on the values that he learned on his Grandparent’s farm.

One of Chicago Farmer’s first albums was known as Twice Upon a String. Two of his most popular albums include Folkin’ Farmer Gear and Flyover Country. Some of his top singles include “Umbrella”, “Everybody in This Town”, “Skateboard Song”, and “Backseat.
