He imagined taking a song by a famous DJ, adding his own uncredited vocals to it and having it become famous. He wrote a poem about it but little did he know that it would become something. After fellow band member Mandy sent him a killer bass line, he laid his poem over it, and a song was born. 

Cheekface released the LP Emphatically No. in 2021, and it was ranked as the month’s best by Paste magazine. Since then, they put out a couple more singles named “We Need a Bigger Dumpster” and “Next to Me (Yo Guy Version).” For grooves that will get your head bobbing and catchy choruses that will put a smile on your face, you don’t want to miss getting Cheekface tickets.
