She was performing at black-tie affairs and even on local radio stations by the time this prodigal girl was ten.

Her voice ranges from the artistic, Dianne Reeves-like tone to sassy Sarah Vaughn style singing with an Ella Fitzgerald skill set for adding creativity into her performances and also having broad coyness reminiscent of Nancy Wilson's style in execution.
