Black Sheep Concert Tickets
Celebrate hip hop’s beginnings with Black Sheep tickets. Black Sheep is a rap duo from New York known primarily for their work in the ’90s. Composed of members William McLean and Andres Titus, Black Sheep was created in 1989 when the duo decided to leave their DJ careers in pursuit of the then-nascent rap music genre. They quickly proved one of the more talented hip hop groups to arrive on the scene and were the first band from the genre to appear on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno.
Black Sheep released their debut album A Wolf in Sheep’s Clothing in 1991, which reached the top of Billboard’s Hot Dance Music/Club Play chart and contained the No. 1 hit “Strobelite Honey.” Despite a brief slump in the late ’90s, Black Sheep released their album 8WM in 2006 to positive reviews and began collaborating with rising rap stars like Nas. Two years later Black Sheep’s 1991 song “The Choice is Yours (Revisited)” was ranked as one of VH1’s 100 Greatest Hip Hop Songs of All Time. They are widely considered one of the genre’s pioneering groups. Be sure to buy Black Sheep tickets for your chance to see this influential rap duo hit the stage.
