Bastard Noise was created as an offshoot of the band Man Is The Bastard, which later broke up in the later part of 1997.
Man Is The Bastard was a hardcore punk band that was a part of the power violence movement and included all the members of Bastard Noise. Most of Bastard Noise’s early work was self-published before they started working with underground labels. A few of these labels include Three One G, Gravity Records, Robotic Empire and Relapse Records. Henry Barnes often describes their music as caveman electronics.
Bastard Noise has released several EPs and albums. If It Be Not True, Bastard Noise Hails the Finnish Sound Masters / The Symptoms of a Failing Equilibrium, The Analysis of Self-Destruction and Galactic Sanitarium are just a few albums in their very long discography. Bastard Noise is currently working with Deep Six Records, and they have been very happy with their label. Although the members have changed throughout the years, Bastard Noise continues to create some of the best noise music still to this day. Be ready to have some fun with Bastard Noise tickets.
