Here this up-and-coming alternative pop band with All Poets and Heroes tickets. The band was formed in 2015 and is the brainchild of Rob McCall and Corey Jordan. This Syracuse, N.Y.,- based band also has Zack Fitzgerald on keyboard and guitars, Rob Zaccaria on drums, and Brian Modafferi on bass. The band is named after a chapter from Walden by Henry David Thoreau and recalls an existential, humanistic moment from that book that the band tries to live by. McCall and Jordan strive to write music that challenges listeners, both intellectually and spiritually. The rest of the band came together organically and together they create a melodic, heart-swelling act.   

They released their first single “Unidentified” in 2016 on digital platforms. They followed this up with the single “Day Dreams” from the EP Where We Lived and What We Lived For both in 2017. Working off their success from digital sales, the band released a handful of other singles on Apple music while they worked on their first studio album.  “Life on the Line,” “Tardigrade,” “Cruel,” and “Wine Song” where all released in 2020.  Occhiolism, their first full-length work, was released that same year.  In 2021, they released another EP Black + White.
