In 1989 they landed their first gig in a Trumansburg, NY restaurant, setting Donna The Buffalo on its musical path. At several festivals, Donna The Buffalo is the closing band of many artists including The Avett Brothers, Keller Williams, Zac Brown, Bela Fleck, John Paul Jones and Chris Thile. Donna the Buffalo incorporates many musical influences, from country and rock’n’roll to zydeco and old-time fiddle.
