The “Midsummer Classic” and its full slate of events are scheduled to start on July 9. HBCU Swingman Classic
See the top players from Historically Black Colleges & Universities (HBCU) in Atlanta compete in the HBCU Swingman Classic at Truist Park. These Division I athletes are selected by representatives from MLB and the MLBPA, as well as a group of scouts. In addition to the game, there will be marching band performances, a step show and postgame fireworks to entertain the whole family.
All-Star Village
Before the baseball events begin, plan a visit to the fun-filled All-Star Village. Open from July 12 to July 15, this interactive event gives fans of all ages the opportunity to meet legendary players, show off their skills and grab ballpark snacks. Whether or not you are planning to attend the game itself, this is a great opportunity to join the action steps away from Truist Park at Cobb Galleria Centre.
All-Star Saturday
The All-Star Futures Game kicks off an action-packed lineup of events, bringing the best Minor League players into the spotlight. This is perfect for the avid fan who wants to scout the latest draft picks. The game starts at 4 p.m.
Next up is the All-Star Celebrity Softball Game where you can get a little taste of Hollywood as your favorite actors, comedians and musicians test their mettle alongside sports stars. A few of the celebrities slated for this year’s game include CC Sabathia, Terrell Owens, Jermaine Dupree and Ronnie DeVoe, as well as Olympians Jordan Chiles (gymnastics), Jennie Finch (softball) and Natasha Watley (softball). It will start immediately after the All-Star Futures Game.
2025 MLB Draft Day 1
Since 2021, the MLB Draft has become of the most exciting parts of All-Star Week. The 2025 MLB Draft will be held at The Coca-Cola Roxy with the first 43 selections scheduled for Sunday evening. Don’t miss the chance to see the future of your franchise walk across the stage!
Home Run Derby X
MLB is introducing a new 3-on-3 co-ed competition this year in Atlanta. The event, which will feature women’s softball and baseball players alongside their male counterparts, will be held at Georgia Tech’s Mac Nease Baseball Park at Russ Chandler Stadium.
2025 Home Run Derby
In one of the season’s most exciting events, eight players will compete in the Home Run Derby. Get ready for record-setting dingers and non-stop action from the game’s best hitters at Trust Park. The event starts at 8 p.m. ET.
95th MLB All-Star Game
And the final piece of All-Star Week is of course, the All-Star Game! Players from the American League and National League will line up for a fun and (sometimes) competitive inter-league contest. Although the game no longer determines home field advantage for the World Series, there are plenty of bragging rights at stake. Secure your seats now at Truist Park.
