Unlimited Love and Return of the Dream Canteen

The Red Hot Chili Peppers released Unlimited Love in April 2022. It was their 12th studio album and it marked the return of guitarist John Frusciante, who ended a decade-long hiatus. The album debuted at No. 1 in 16 countries, making it their most successful release since Stadium Arcadium (2006). It includes singles like “Black Summer,” which became the group’s 14th number-one hit, and “These Are the Ways.”

Later that year, the Red Hot Chili Peppers also released Return of the Dream Canteen. It was recorded in the same sessions, allowing them to split their tracks into two distinct mixes. “Tippa My Tongue” and “The Drummer” were the first two singles on the album.

Who is Opening for RHCP?

The Red Hot Chili Peppers have an eclectic group of guests joining them on tour including rappers Kid Cudi, Ice Cube and Ken Carson. Indie rockers IRONTOM, Nigerian musicians Seun Kui & Egypt80, and Japanese punk band Otoboke Beaver will also be guests on select dates.
