2025 NFL Schedule Announcement

The 2025 NFL schedule will begin Sept. 4 with the defending champion Philadelphia Eagles hosting the Dallas Cowboys. Each team will play 17 regular-season games over 18 weeks.

Super Bowl LX

Super Bowl LX is scheduled for Feb. 8, 2026, at Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara, Calif. Home to the San Francisco 49ers, Levi’s Stadium holds 68,500.

2025 International Series

The NFL will start an expanded international slate with a Week 1 matchup between the Kansas City Chiefs and Los Angeles Chargers at Corinthians Arena in São Paulo, Brazil.

On Sept. 28, the Pittsburgh Steelers face the Minnesota Vikings at Croke Park in Dublin, Ireland. Then, the Vikings will travel to London’s Tottenham Hotspur Stadium to play the Cleveland Browns on Oct. 5. The following week, the NFL returns to Tottenham Hotspur with a matchup between the New York Jets and Denver Broncos. The third and final London game will be Oct. 19 at Wembley Stadium featuring the Jacksonville Jaguars and Los Angeles Rams.

In November, the action will move to Berlin, Germany, as the Indianapolis Colts take on the Atlanta Falcons at Olympic Stadium Berlin. That game will be Nov. 9.

The final international game will be played in Madrid on Nov. 16. The Miami Dolphins will face the Washington Commanders at Santiago Bernabéu Stadium, which is home to Real Madrid F.C.

Holiday Games

The NFL is known for its holiday schedules, which feature high-profile matchups on Thanksgiving Day, Black Friday and Christmas Day. The Thanksgiving triple-header will start with the Detroit Lions hosting the Green Bay Packers. Then, the Kansas City Chiefs will take on the Dallas Cowboys and Cincinnati Bengals will face the Baltimore Ravens. Then, on Black Friday, the Chicago Bears will play the Philadelphia Eagles.

The Christmas schedule will start with Dallas at Washington before the Detroit Lions face the Minnesota Vikings and Broncos play their division rival Chiefs at Arrowhead Stadium.

How to Watch NFL Games

There are several different ways to watch the NFL depending on the day of the week and your physical location. Thursday Night Football, for example, will be shown on Amazon Prime Video. Sunday Night Football will air on NBC or stream on Peacock. Monday Night Football shifts to ESPN and ESPN+. For preseason and international games, fans should turn to NFL Network. 

If you are looking for your hometown team, you should be able to watch local FOX games for free through a regional affiliate. Spanish-language broadcasts will be available on ESPN Deportes, FOX Deportes, Universo and Telemundo Deportes throughout the season.
