A single concert in 2000 eventually grew to seventy shows in thirteen countries throughout North America, Europe and Australia. Although the Light of Day concerts began with unknown, local artists, it has since featured acclaimed musicians like Joe Grushecky and the Houserockers, Michael J. Fox and Bruce Springsteen.
The event is a ten-day festival that has also expanded to an international tour.
