After the group disbanded in 2009 she issued a self-titled solo EP.
Two years later she released The Mirror, a collection of songs that retained her folk and country background while simultaneously embracing a poppier approach. 2015’s The War Inside was an even greater sonic stretch and boasted a social media hit with “I’m So in Love with You”, a duet with The Avett Brothers Seth Avett. She enjoyed another online hit with a 2016 single collaboration with Langhorne Slim, “Sea of Love”.
