The Holly Springs Salamanders were first founded in 2015. They enjoyed noteworthy success in the inaugural season, posting a 28-28 record to advance to the playoffs. Despite mixed results in the years that followed, several Salamanders players competed in the league’s All-Star Game in 2017.
