In 2013 at the age of 22, he independently released the single 'Say Hello' which went on to win a Meteor Choice Award and the ensuing exposure eventually led to the singer being signed to Sony in 2015. His debut album 'Bitter Pill' went platinum in his native Ireland and sold well in other territories. Guest appearances on various high-profile TV shows increased his popularity and led to sell out gigs and streaming hits exceeding 250 million units.
