The ECHL Preseason regular season begins in mid-October and concludes in early April. Halfway through the regular season, qualifying players will compete in the ECHL All-Star Game. The all-stars from each conference will play in a four-team, 3-on-3 format for a chance to take home the All-Star Game honors.
