He is also known as “The King of the Street.” He blends reggaeton, merengue and urban music genres. Chimbala began his musical career in 2012. He collaborated with Mozart La Para and Liro Shaq on “Bye Bye” and released videos for “Pocoto” and “Mannequin” in late 2017/early 2018.
Perhaps he is best known for his hit song “Tan Celoso.” Four of his better-known albums include La Libreta, Latin Spring Party, Un Solo Movimiento, Dembow Remix (Volume 1) and Lo Mejor del Party. He signed with Alofoke Music. Chimbala has performed in the Dominican Republic, the United States and several European music festivals. Chimbala has played everywhere from small, intimate venues to large, outdoor music festivals. He has performed at the Wonderland Ballroom in Revere, Massachusetts. Chimbala, along with Secreto and Bulin 47, played at the Dembow Fest at the LA Boom NY! nightclub in Queens, New York. He has performed at the Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey, alongside Alex Sensation and Jhay Cortez. He performed at the Soulfrito Musical Festival at the Barclay Center in Brooklyn, N.Y.
