The cassette received positive reviews and responses, which led Ben to expand the project into a full-time gig.
In order to get the band fully going, Ben added Chris Walla on guitar, Nick Harmer on bass, and Nathan Good on drums. They are most known for their unconventional instrumentation, as well as Ben’s distinct voice and lyrics. Ben has also been a part of a few different bands, including The Postal Service, All-Time Quarterback!, Kind of Like Spitting, and American Analog Set.
